Return policy

All sales are final for this merchandise. We have a precise quality control team that ensures defective items are excluded before packaging. Please carefully check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address is correct as it cannot be modified UNLESS contacted within 12 hours of purchase with order number. if your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package.

As sales are final, please contact us prior to purchase or refer to sizing page if you have any concerns. The only possible solution is cancelling within 24 hours if there are critical errors in your order. All sales final - no returns or exchanges.

If item is somehow defective all returned items must come in their original packaging and include all tags or else a refund will not be given. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving it and initiate a return by emailing: [email protected]

Shipping

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE. All donreignla orders are shipped from OUR warehouse in Los Angeles via USPS (Standard). We usually ship out orders as fast as we can, usually within 1-3 business days for handling depending on items. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Head over to https://track.aftership.com/ and enter your tracking number. Your item’s estimated delivery is within 7-24 days from the time it has completed inspection and processing. However, due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 30 days.

In the case that EMS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer by phone number (required at purchase) at point of delivery or otherwise, donreignla is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier.

Similarly, donreignla is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

donreignla is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.

In cases such as these, please contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

donreignla does not charge tax on orders. Our stores currency is in USD. Exchange rates are determined by STRIPE* and your bank's conversion rate.
